Nursery Reveal

Good Monday Morning Everyone!

I know, I’m just too chipper for a Monday morning but I think I’m just excited knowing very soon I won’t be so worried about the horrible Mondays! : ) Today marks 38 weeks! Only 2 weeks until the due date! Any one betting on when she’s going to make her arrival? There’s a lot of people thinking she’s coming early, me included, and I won’t be complaining if that’s the case! I’m so ready to meet her!

So we FINALLY finished everything in the nursery this weekend! I can’t believe it took us this long but at least we finished it with time to spare. I can’t believe how perfect it turned out either. I told Dustin that it’s truly my favorite room in the whole house! Plus it’s the only room that’s 100% finished! LOL! At least we have our priorities in check! Sometimes we just hang out in there….patiently waiting for when we’ll be spending time in there with our daughter.

Last but not Least!

This past weekend we had our very last baby shower! We were so excited for this one and the chance to see all of Dustin’s soccer girls and the families!

It turned out to be an amazing shower and special thanks to Scott & Gretchen and their kids for making it so wonderful!! We can 100% say that we are so lucky to have such great friends who care so much for our baby already! She’s one lucky girl to have all these people waiting for her arrival and who will already love her so much!

It was a snowy day on Saturday and it ended up dumping down around 2 inches in almost a split second right before the shower so we were very happy that so many people braved the snow and still made it!!

    I assume I should explain the diaper Dustin is wearing! LOL! Well he lost a game so the prize for losing was wearing an adult diaper! Luckily, he wasn’t the only one sporting one of these bad boys!! Hahaha!

Today marks 37 weeks and 3 days! We’re so close to meeting our baby girl!

 

Baby Shower Pics

So I promised baby shower pictures from the other week! Finally, we downloaded them to the computer!!! I only have pictures from our second shower. Hopefully I can get pics from our first later!

HUGE thanks to all of our wonderful hosts for putting together some amazing showers and a big thanks to everyone for coming and sharing in such an exciting time in our lives! Thanks to Garrett for taking about 200 pictures of us opening presents, I now know how many different faces I can make for every situation, lol!
